“VMA-Kukes” is a non-governmental organization, private, non-partisan and non-profit. It is
a combination of two former local NGO-s : Mine and Weapon Victims” and “Kukesi -
Encouragement of Social, Economic and Cultural integration”.
Both founded in December 2000 and registered on January, 2001, Decision of Law Court of
Kukes Nr 2 and 3 date 12.1.2001 were joined together in October 2003 under one NGO
organization named “ Victims of Mines and Arms - Kukes”.
“VMA-Kukes” is a Juridical Person which has been registered in the Local Tax Office in 2005.
Its NIPT- nuber is : K57724203W.
Since 2003 “VMA-Kukes” has been accredited by Albanian Mine Action Executive to conduct
Mine Action Activities in Kukes region
